I very much enjoy training people and helping them achieve their goals. For me, good communication is key to helping and motivating people & I’m told that I have a friendly and relaxed manner and make sessions fun with a good dose of inspiration.

I have a strong sports background and have coached, as well as participated & competed at varying levels in tennis, hockey, netball, basketball, badminton, riding, polo, skiing, and snowboarding.
