I work flexibly, very tailored to what will work best for you. My programmes include working on a 1 to 1 basis, and I also offer group sessions.

Individually tailored programmes, with training available either in your own home, outdoors or at the newly refurbished AFC Bournemouth gym in King's Park (BH7 7AF).

Gym based training hours are:
Monday-Friday – 06.00 to 08.00, 12.00-15.30 & after 7.30pm
