I work flexibly, very tailored to what will work best for you. My programmes include working on a 1 to 1 basis, and I also offer group sessions.
Individually tailored programmes, with training available either in your own home, outdoors or at the newly refurbished AFC Bournemouth gym in King's Park (BH7 7AF).
